AP Spanish Literature Single Text Analysis

Students are to create a power point presentation outlining important points about the Negative Effects on the Socio Cultural Environment. Students must present information & power point presentation to the class. The power point should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the topic researched and allow the presenter an opportunity to present (not just read slides to the students); students will give appropriate credit to where information was gathered.

Students will choose a specific topic to write a poem about. The students will go through the writing process (prewriting, drafting, editing, revising and publishing) to create a poem that contains 4 stanzas with 4 lines in each stanza. The poem will have a consistent rhyme scheme throghout the poem. The student will type their poem and paste it onto a piece of construction paper. On the border around the poem, the student will create symbols that represent their poem.

Choose a specific, dead or alive, person or animal to write a poem about. Write your poem using English or Spanish language. Translate your poem to either English or Spanish. Students will create a comic strip using www.professorgarfield.org comics lab or the bitstrip app. Students will create a supplementary story to the play choosing a genre/era of the choice (approved by the teacher).

Students will create a rap in Spanish in which they describe Spanish class.
