Competency Project: Create a "vision board" that represents the dream you have for your life. This vision board should include all the items detailed by your teacher's instructions. You will present the vision board to the class. Grades will be given according to the attached rubric.

The Career Research Project requires a career to be researched based on a career of interest.

Create a toy that displays understanding of intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of a young child that is also safe, durable, and attractive. This toy must be created by using daily or common household items.

Grammar, completion, and the amount of informative information included in the story.

Create a board game that utilizes all learning vocabulary and concepts in Science. You must create a rules that explains how to play the game. The game board needs to be creative, with a game name, and all of the materials to play the game must be included. Questions must be printed by hand or typed. Your game board must be complete and ready for presentation and play time by May 27, 2016. Do not copy an existing commercial board game. Have fun!

In this project, you will be creating a poster to demonstrate your knowledge of chemical reactions. You will create a poster based on the topic you chose to research. Below is a list of what should be included on the poster. • Title • Key concepts – what you learned • Vocabulary • Pictures, diagrams, models

You are to write a poem or song (of any genre including rap) that reflects the key concept chosen. You may further research the issue you will write about and may wish to include additional facts or statistics to emphasize your message. **Please ensure that there is no swearing in the song.
