Students will research a specific living organism for classification. Students will research their animals' classifications (KPCOFGS), along with five facts and a picture of their living organism.

Students will research their adopted elements and determine the following: name, abbreviation, atomic number, atomic mass and five facts about your element.

Students will adopt personal food plans, based on nutritional needs and personal goals, to improve or maintain their eating practices. 1. Use the SMART goal framework to create three personal nutrition goals. 2. Complete a week long meal plan using the dry-erase planner provided. Use the Canada food guide checklist to ensure that your plan meets all nutrition requirements. 3. Explain how your meal plan will help you to achieve your nutrition goals. (Minimum 2 paragraphs) Please hand in all three parts to this assignment.

This is a rubric used to assess students' knowledge of the information researched and their ability to present it a manner everyone understands.

Students will research a desired career and use the information they find to create a budget based on projected income and display this information on a poster. Students will also write a research paper exploring the possibility to live off of this salary and other economic factors.

As a student, you are getting ready to go live on your own. You will need to do a career search, locate affordable housing, locate affordable transportation, and lastly create an affordable food budget. In the end I will not only being looking at each individual section, but what you also learned about being able to control your finances. Lastly you will need to complete a conclusion statement answering a variety of questions pertaining to what you learned in this WebQuest.

Students will create a budget for monthly expenses by choosing a career and finding the salary. Next, students must divide the salary by 12 to determine monthly income. Then, students will create a budget using Microsoft Excel to determine their monthly expenses.

Objective: Apply and extend previous understandings of integers, rational numbers, and absolute value on a number line that corresponds to events in your life, past, present, and future.

This Project is to show your personal understanding of personal finance topics we have recently discussed. We discussed finding a job you like, what the job really is like, how much you make, a budget using the annual salary you will make, how housing can affect your budget, how a car loan can affect your budget, why it is important to look at your Budget, and a summary of the entire project.
