Research paper: The topic of this paper is at the discretion of the teacher. It may include a traditional argumentative paper, action research, or a blend of oral history with outside support. Students may include relevant charts, graphs, or images as long as these elements are cited correctly. The research paper must be 2000+ words. The students may use traditional note cards, Noodle Tools note cards, or annotated sources based on teacher discretion. Students must research 10 sources and use 6 in their paper. This research should contain an annotated bibliography.

The video must be professional and focus on sending a positive message that promotes healthy lifestyles and the value of fitness in a fun/imaginative fashion rather than a lecture format.
