You will be writing a children's book in Spanish using the vocabulary, expressions and grammar learned so far. The book must be no smaller than 8X6 or larger than 8x10. E-books are also acceptable. Each page must be illustrated or have pasted pictures in color. The book must have a cover with a title and author. Students will share the book with the class, taking turns reading, and then share it with an elementary class and teach an appropriate lesson with the book.

Research a famous person from your target culture who as been a positive influence in society. Create a poster about that person including: NAME, PHOTO, COUNTRY, BIRTHDATE/DATE OF DEATH, REASON FOR FAME, AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS. BE creative with your poster design!!!

Prepare a restaurant skit that takes place in a Spanish-speaking country. Follow the guidelines provided.

Create a menu for a restaurant in your choice of Spanish speaking country. You must give your restaurant a name and create the menu entirely in Spanish. The menu should include three complete meals for each category on your menu, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. Be sure to use vocabulary we have learned in class. The menu should be visually pleasing with headings/categories, prices reflecting your chosen country's currency, and graphics/color photos.

You are a travel agent. You are to create a travel guide to attract travelers to a your target city or site. You will use your research and your imagination. This guide should be colorful and creative and written to entice travelers to spend their money. You must also include the name, address, and phone number of your travel agency.
