Health Triangle
This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Students will evaluate their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include evidence that supports them being healthy in each area of health. The Health Triangle should also include evidence of things that they can do to improve in each area of health.

Bi-Weekly Work Out Plan
Students will be given a weight room grade for every two visits to the weight room. Total possible points are 40 points. If students is not where on a weight room day student does not receive credit for that missed day. ***LOGS NOT HANDED IN AT END OF CLASS OR WITHOUT NAMES WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE DAY***

Weightroom Expectations
Students will be given a weight room grade for every week to the weight room. Total possible points are 25 points. Students may post in their log book that they were absent by marking so in the log book. Students with Doctor's notes will do the same by marking Doctor in the log book. Either of these situations do not mean you have credit for the day.
