Marketing Mix PowToon Project

You must create a Marketing Board Game. This presentation can be Individual or in groups of twos. Follow specific guidelines, as described on the atttached hand-out. ( Topics to cover are: Promotion, Display Features, Advertising, Branding Strategies, and career Goals and Employment). Reference is the following chapters 17, 18, 19, 20,21, 31, 37, and 38.

After you have chosen your country, you will do a SWOT Analysis and PEST Scan for that country to determine if it would be good recommendation to start a business.

Design a display window for a clothing store, hardware store, sporting good store, or florist. Create a three-dimensional model or diorama using a box to represent the display window. cut out photos or other images from magazines to represent the items on display. Type up a description of the model, explaining why you choose the items in the display and how you displayed them. Present your model to the class and explain the reasoning behind your design.

You are being given the opportunity to take charge of the planning of one of the monthly events or theme days held to promote our business. This includes planning, creating an invitation/flyer, promoting the event, decorating, and implementing the special event.

Students will create their own advertisement or public service announcement to educate and persuade students their own age about Cyber Bullying and Cyber safety topics using Powerpoint, Powtoon, or Prezi applications. PSA length: Maximum 3 minutes

Your plan must have realistic goals and be specific. You should use a backwards planning method to achieve this goal, where you are now, and how will you achieve your end goal(chosen career). You may use construction paper or drawings to make the presentation as colorful as possible. A one page paper is also required with the poster board display. (Paper should be typed, double spaced and New Times Roman Font). Paper must explain the steps, your personality and how you intend to achive this career. Trends, Salary, and demographic (areas where the job is likely to have many openings) must be included in your paper.
