End of semester student evaluation by Professor

This rubric will be used to evaluate how a student works and participates in 3000-level News Media Practicum.

THe Pharmacology field trip. Utilizing a case study the students will: 1. The students correctly choose the treatment and education to be given to the client 2. The students ability to assess the client for actual or potential side effects and adverse effects of medications. 3. Identify the client's perception of health status and need for consultation with other health care providers. 4. Evaluate the clients potential barriers to learning preferences and barriers to learning.

Each student will submit a term paper covering a chosen drug. The due date is 12/13/17 at 7am via email. Early papers will be accepted. The paper must be typed and 3 pages in length. A minimum of three references should be used to derive the content of the paper. These references can include: Internet sites, PDR, drug inserts, ect. Wikipedia is not an acceptable resource.

Challenge #5 (The Graveyard Book) Research the Danse Macabre. Explain what it is and the legend behind it. Type your explanation on a powerpoint slide and include an illustration or type your research on paper and include an illustration.

Students answer questions related to a patient presentation in a community health course

This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions.

You are to review a minimum of five recent (within the past ten years) peer-review journal articles to support your evidenced based topic. You should have an introduction with a restatement of your PICOT, and conclusion which shows how this information will be used to help you design the proposed investigation. Your references must be included at the end of your paper. Paper must be typed and the APA format used. Paper length no more than 5-7 pages not including coverpage and reference page.

Objectives of this project include: 1. communicate with pregnant clients in a community setting. 2. Educate pregnant clients about self care during pregnancy. 3. Teach health habits that may be continued after pregnancy. 4. Recognize the challenges of providing culturally competent cae. 5. Provide Health Education teaching to woment across the life span.

Develop a lesson to enhance the most important information about your Civil War topic through an interactive, engaging presentation. You must use technology in some way, and include vocabulary. You must follow and fully complete the lesson plan format (TYPED) provided in its entirety, including lesson goals and objectives, agenda (Do Now, lesson content and/or notes, and an exit pass), materials, assessment, and lesson goals. You must also execute (teach) your lesson plan to your section on your assigned date; you are required to teach on your assigned day, there are no excuses. If your partner is absent on the day of your lesson, you are still required to teach the lesson; both partners must know your content and lesson fully in case you have to teach on your own. If you are absent, you will need to set up a time with Ms. Haushalter to make-up your teaching time.

This assignment is a component of a community project in an ADN nursing program. The purpose of this assigment is, after having done a community assessment, to identify and describe an identified health concern that could benefit from education.

The purpose of the teaching project is to identify learning needs in your client and develop an individualized teaching plan. As nurses we continually educate those we care for regarding their health status. This provides you an opportunity to create a formal teaching plan that will assist in guiding you in other teaching situations.
