PURPOSE: To begin the students' understanding of the professionalism of nursing in the areas of communication, life-long learning, and evidence-based research for improved/new practices. OBJECTIVES: Students will share their observations and findings from a preassigned evidence-based practice article with their cohorts during a clinical post-conference. The presentation is expected to take up to 5 to 10 minutes with 10 minutes being the maximum time.
