Research the approved topic and question. Submit double spaced, 14 point TNR font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

The paper must be at least 5-7 paragraphs long and in MLA format. Includes a Works Cited page, and follows proper MLA format. The paper will be graded on proper use of in-text documentation, general MLA format, works cited page, organization of ideas and grammar.

This is a middle school persuasive essay rubric. This essays requires cited facts, four body paragraphs, and a thesis statement.

Students conduct a scientific research to design, demonstrate and present an Illustrated 3D Model demonstrating forces in action of the topic of your choice.

Students submit a written report covering selected topic.

Students will create a "Science video" that will be 3-5 minutes in length. The video must include professional concepts of your topic. You should act as a scientist making your video and as professional and interesting as possible. Members of the team will contribute and participate in the video.

Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Students create a poster to explain forces in action and their understanding of the concepts of; Friction, Magnetic, Electrostatic, Gravitational OR Buoyancy Forces. You decide the size of your poster.
