Creating a family tree in French that describes who each family member is, their names, and how old they are.

This is a final project for French class. You will be writing a children's book in French using the vocabulary you have learned this year. The 'book' must be at least 10 pages long and have 2 sentences per page. Each 'page' must be illustrated in color. The book must have a cover with a title and author.

Provide a complete biography on a French, or French-speaking author.

The purpose of this project is to facilitate student learning about different francophone countries/islands. Students will research the history of Haiti. Students will mention the year Haiti became an independent nation. Students will name its capital city, its population, language(s) spoken there, traditions, foods, and celebrations.

Haiti

Each member of the group will be graded based on their participation and cooperation contributed to the current project /group activity. In the boxes provided, write the name of each group member in the box that best describes his or her ability to work successfully in the group - from your POV only. Grade each member of your group for each category (4).

Choose a Francophone Island and study its history, culture, traditions. Research either the history, the food culture, and celebrations in the island you chose. Mention the name of the island, its capital city, the population of inhabitants, and the languages spoken in chosen island. Create the flag of your chosen island. Create a presentation based on topic and present it to the class.
