Create a menu. You must give your restaurant a name and create the menu. The menu should include at least 3 complete choices for each of the sections of the menu: appetizer, entrees, sides, and desserts. The menu should be visually pleasing with easily identifiable headings, prices, and pictures.

Write about who you truly are. Here are some ideas. What or who do you value most in life? What are things you do well? What would you like most to be remembered for? What do your friends and family really like about you? What do you like about yourself? What are some of your characteristics? What are your greatest victories and what are those you yet to come? What makes you, you? What sets you apart from your peers? Write a minimum five paragraph essay. Your essay must be typed.

Each learner will write about an experience they remember in regards to customer service. Provide a description of the best and the worst customer service you have experienced.
