THe Pharmacology field trip. Utilizing a case study the students will: 1. The students correctly choose the treatment and education to be given to the client 2. The students ability to assess the client for actual or potential side effects and adverse effects of medications. 3. Identify the client's perception of health status and need for consultation with other health care providers. 4. Evaluate the clients potential barriers to learning preferences and barriers to learning.

The Banner Project is to assess: 1. The students ability to identify, teach, administer and document medications given by various routes. 2. The students ability to assess the client for actual or potential side effects and adverse effects of medications. 3. Indentify the client's perception of health status and need for consultation with other health care providers. 4. Evaluate the clients readiness to learn, learning preferences and barriers to learning preferences and barriers to learning. **LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE INSTRUCTOR. ALL ACCEPTED LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL RESULT IN A 10% GRADE REDUCTION.
