Vertebrate Research Paper
Research a class of vertebrates. Type a 1.5-3 page paper, double spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines, and a title. Include a works cited page with a minimum of two resources. Name and date in top upper right hand corner. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Greek Restaurant Menu
You will design a menu for a new Greek restaurant. You must give your restaurant a name (in Greek) and create the menu entirely in Greek. The menu should include at least three complete meals for each category on your menu, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings/categories, prices reflecting the country's currency, and graphics/color photos. It must be written by hand.
