Team Work will be evaluated on the quality of the submission and the degree that the individual participated in the teamwork. This project will the clinical documentation of the recognized responsive behavior(s), the reflection on possible triggers and ways to mitigate the triggers, pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, a succinct SBAR description, and recommendations for ongoing care to help reduce the client's responsive behaviors.

Using Choose Your Own Adventures realistic case scenarios, the learner will navigate through the program by closely observing the scenario, making decisions along the way based on clinical knowledge, skills and judgement, and emerge with the best outcome for the patient.

Learners answer questions throughout the course regarding information learned about the Team-Based Care for Responsive Behaviors. There are case-based drag and drop sorting activities, case-based multi-select activities, and true/false case-based activities. The responses from these activities will be cumulatively totaled and assessed using the quizzing rubric.

The criteria found in this rubric will be used to assess the quality of a learner's asynchronous discussion postings and responses to the postings and comments of peers during a course. NOTE: Initial postings are comments based on the discussion prompt posted by the clinical educator Responses to others are replies to peers' initial and subsequent postings.
