Students will create a project about the struggles that occurred in the movie Remember the Titans. Examples include: commercials, a short story, a newscast, product, movie trailer, video re-creation, etc. The project must include each person presenting. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the project. You may use others for your project.

The purpose of this project is to allow the student to experience some of the responsibilities that are involved in the care of human babies.

You and your group are to assume the role of new owners of a food truck. The food truck industry is a growing field in the hospitality and tourism industry. To start your own company you must complete the following: Design the Truck, Select the Food and prices, Select the City, Create an opening event to promote your food truck, what other activities/promotions would you do to attract a crowd, You must make two of the dishes that you plan to serve to share with the class.

3D Model using a box - Project includes: correct scale/proportion of box, exterior walls covered, interior walls covered, flooring provided. Components included: to scale - furniture, picture/other art and accessories; according to the elements/principles of design including color scheme used.

Students will be able to create a unique hand sewing project by hand. Students will be assessed using this rubric.
