Stress and You Powerpoint
The project is to develop a power point presentation outlining chapter 15 in your psychology text book on stress and health and present it to the class. The minimum number of slides in this powerpoint is 1 and the maximum is 20. The requirements include covering all the important and revelant information in the chapter. Include 5 appropriate graphics/pictures. Questionable ones need to be preapproved by the teacher. Also, include a title slide.

Psychologist Research
Students conduct their own research about a type of psychologist. Students fill out chart with information such as duties, education, salary, work setting, and branches of specialization. After completing research, students will prepare an essay.

Short Research Paper
Research the approved topic. Submit one 2-3 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Outline Rubric
The students will put together an outline of a text used to gather information for a debate. Students will follow standard outline form layering the information from general to specific. The outline will include parenthetical citations and a works cited page.
