(Prince Henry the Navigator, Columbus, Hudson, Cortes, Pizarro, Jacques Cartier, Vaso de Gama, Ferdinand Magellan, John Cabbott, Sir Francis Drake) Name of explorer Identify the country that sponsored his voyage. During what years was he actively exploring? What did he accomplish? II. Interesting Information Write a paragraph (three to four sentences), which contains interesting information you learned about the explorer from your research. III. Map of his voyage. Use the world map provided, and trace the individual explorer’s voyage. All countries involved should be labeled.

The report should include a detailed description of the student's newly acquired knowledge (in other words, what the student learned), the resources used, and a discussion of the advantages or disadvantages of working in a cooperative group.
