Research and powerpoint presentation to encourage students to study French

Students will create a comic strip with one of each of these four situations: informal situation, formal situation, and a situation in which one person is addressed formally and the other is addressed informally. Each situation must include a greeting, how are you's, and a farewell. Additionally, one of the scenes must involve name exchanges.

You and your classmates will be taking a trip to an assigned French speaking country. Like any good tourist, you must prepare yourself before you visit in order to get the most from your trip! You will need to research on your country to learn about their culture, weather & climate, currency of the country, religion, foods, housing, famous landmarks and government. Divide up the work with your partners to complete Part 1 (RESEARCH & FORMAT), Part 2 (DRAW IT!) - Map & Flag and Part 3 (Oral Presentation) - Speaking & Culture

The students are to create a children's book or write and illustrate a story in French.

You are creating restaurant for a new American restaurant in France. You must give your restaurant a name (in French) and create the menu entirely in French.

Create a menu for a French cafe or restaurant. Must create a French name for the restaurant or cafe. Should include foods, beverages, and appropriate prices in Euros.

Grade 7 students will create a poster demonstrating their likes and dislikes (name, age, activities, etc)
