Geometric Town
The new Prime Minister hates curves, and has commissioned a new Geometric Town to be built. Students must sketch a house to be included in this new town on the following conditions: 1) The house must be made of polygons only. 2) The hosue must contain at least 4 different types of polygons. 3) The measurements of every angle inside the house must be written down. 4) Students will choose 2 polygons from the house, and on a separate sheet of paper, they will describe at least 3 different attributes of the polygon eg: identify if it is a regular/irregular polygon, concave/convex polygon, how many equal sides/angles the shape contains, if the shape is a triangle, the type of triangle, etc.
