Being a boarding school, the cafeteria serves three meals a day as well as snacks. Review how many portions, from each food group, students your age should eat everyday in “Mon guide alimentaire”. Use this information to help you fill in the chart. Next, pick one day from your menu, and complete a liste d’épicerie. Finally, Mme Dennis questions your choices for the menu. Write ten sentences to explain why your choices are healthy. Use the valeur nutritive or les ingrédients to help you.
