Book Report - Literature Groups
This book report will contain multiple elements and students will be expected to organize the elements as identified by the project. Student name and date should appear in appropriate place in accordance to the project chosen. First: The report should include the title and author of the book and a complete description of the main characters. Second: Descriptive Settings should be included (When and where did the story takes place?). Third: The main events should be included in the plot/summary section (What happened in the story?). Fourth: The main character should be identified and an appropriate analysis is made of the characters physical and personality traits. Fifth: The turning point/climax of the story is included and described in detail. Sixth: An illustration that depicts the plot is included. Seventh: The final element is included (either vocabulary or resolution).

Speech to Inform-Oral Presentation
Students will research, plan, and compose a speech in which their performance will be evaluated in terms of specific standards set in class, including the clarity and completeness of your speech and the quality of your presentation in explaining your topic matter. Non-verbal communication is highlighted. Students will have 3 to 4 minutes to deliver the speech.
