Get it 24/7@LearningVille Library Online is part of the LearningVille Library's 3-month awareness campaign featuring its online electronic resources. The campaign will begin in April 2007 in conjunction with 'National Library Week'. The Learningville Library aims to put a library card and the electronic resources it provides into the hands of everyone in its community.

 

The library subscribes to electronic databases. For LearningVille Library card users, authoritative information is just a mouse click away! Looking into your family tree? Need legal info? Got an assignment on an obscure writer? The library offers over 55 online collections of information and articles, which can be accessed from library computers or from the comfort of home.
Full text electronic books, newspaper and magazine articles, articles in scholarly and peer reviewed publications, reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, pamphlets, foreign language magazines in Spanish, French, and German, Associated Press photographs, just to name a few,  are available.

Each month during the awareness campaign, the LearningVille Library will feature guided introductory web-instruction of selected online collections to show users how to get the most out of these resources. In addition, there will be contests and quizzes and a chance to win a limited edition Get it 24/7 @ LearningVille Library Online t-shirt. The library's awareness campaign will continue through July 2007.
