Develop three meal menu with a budget of $15 for meals for a family of four. Menu should reflect Mypyramid, Choosemyplate. Portion size and total price per category. Things to think about: Grain, Protein, Fruit, Vegetables, Dairy, as well incorporate complex carbohydrates in meal planning.
