The student adequately analyzes the war film as a source of historical study.
Great

The student has accurately analyzed the film and woven its details together with other historical sources to give a complete picture of the conflict studied (WWI or WWII).
Excellent

The student has woven together a powerful film analysis that explores the various details surrounding their historical event during WWI or WWII, particularly in regards to comparing and contrasting the film with other sources of information.

Poor

Has little to no credible sources to validate their information and/or may lack a bibliography.
Fair

Lacks a few sources or does not have credible sources. Lacks a proper bibliography.
Acceptable

Is missing some sources or does not have all credible source. Bibliography may lack some detail.

Has just enough credible resources to validate their information and a detailed bibliography.

Has more than 5 credible resources (not including wikipedia), 3 different types, and a bibliography. Sources are used to validate their information, especially the use of primary sources.

Visual is creative, highly detailed, unique, and clearly shows the major features of the film. The visual also shows depth when dealing with the time period.

Student has fully answered a couple questions or grazed over a few.
Fair

Student has fully answered 3 or 4 questions or has grazed over most.
Acceptable

Student has fully answered 5 or 6 questions or has grazed over all.
Great

Student has fully answered 7 or 8 questions.
Excellent

Student has fully answered all questions and seamlessly integrated the answers into their overall presentation.
