Labor-Management Negotiation Simulation Project Labor-Management Negotiation Simulation Project Each student, working with an assigned team will prepare for, and participate in, a simulated negotiation. Based on a provided scenario, each student will research, select and prioritize negotiation proposals. Each student will draft, a written proposal and provide legitimate justification to support the proposal. Each student will be given the opportunity to serve as team spokesperson.
