Organizational Behavior - Leadership Article Presentations
Each student will be assigned an article from the Northouse or the Rosenbach, Taylor, and Youndt books and will be required to create a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the major points of the assigned article and make a class presentation.

Strategic Negotiation Simulation
Each student, working with an assigned team will prepare for, and participate in, a simulated negotiation. Each student will define the issue or problem that will be negotiated, identify the interests leading to the need to negotiate the issue, prepare and present proposals, identify potential leverage tools that will influence bargaining, and practice effective communication when engaging in the simulation.

Labor-Management Negotiation Simulation Project
Each student, working with an assigned team will prepare for, and participate in, a simulated negotiation. Based on a provided scenario, each student will research, select and prioritize negotiation proposals. Each student will draft, a written proposal and provide legitimate justification to support the proposal. Each student will be given the opportunity to serve as team spokesperson.
