On June 23, 2007, we were granted permission by WHCJ to use the airwaves for our public service announcement.

On July 1, 2007, flyers were designed which covered statistics and available free screenings through the American Cancer Society.

From 1 July through 23 July 2007, we distributed flyers on the Savannah State and Armstrong campuses as well as throughout our community.

On July 20, 2007 we recorded our public service announcement  at WHCJ 90.3 FM on the campus of Savannah State University. Also, flyers were distributed accompanied by brief educational sessions on prostate cancer at Savannah State University.
