3 Pluses and

 A Wish

       Three pluses and a wish is something that came in very handy throughout the semester. It is a kind corrective criticism that helps you have an outside look on your work.  To the right, you can see an example of 3 pluses and a wish that I got regarding my T-Shirt.

        Also, during each group assignment, we were obligated to complete a self evaluation sheet where you graded yourself as well as others.  It gave Dr. Smirnova feedback to see how each group memeber participated in the assignment.  Take a look at an example of an idividual feedback sheet.

3 things I liked about your presentation:

1. Even though somebody else used the 
same stars as you, you still loved your T-shirt,
 which is fabulous :)
2. You made good eye contact and spokeloudly. 
3. You kept our interest by telling us 
about where you want to work. It was different
from a lot of everyone else's because 
you don't want to teach the older grades.
I wish:

1. You added some color!

This is a very helpful way to get both positive and negitive feedback from your students.  It helps the teach to have an inside look on the group in terms of who did what to participate.  These feedback sheets can be confedential or they can be shared among the group.  I will deffinetly use this method of feedback in my future class room, as it was helpful to me as a student, it will benefit me as a teacher!
