The Leadership Project required for NURS 4580 (Professional Practice and Leadership Clinical) presented an opportunity to use problem solving skills for a health care concern. My project addressed the evaluation of quality measurement and communication among the clinical personnel and the nurse manager on an acute Pediatric unit.
