My name is Shelaina and I am from Memphis, Tennessee.  The purpose of my portfolio is to describe in character my growth and knowledge throughout nursing school.  I am honored be an afflient of the Middle Tennessee School of Nursing.  I decided to be a nurse after helping take care of my great-grandfather in 1997.  My strongest inspiration to do anything come from my mother.  She has encouraged and strengthened me to achieve whatever I set my mind to do.  Also, I am blessed to have an encouraging fiancee and family.  After graduation, I plan to pursue my nursing career, get married, and return to school for a Masters Degree in Nursing.
