The following is a research paper completed for my Medical-Surgical Nusring class. The paper is an example of an experience based on knowledge of my discipline which is nursing. The paper focuses on a patient, I cared for, with Congestive Heart Failure. Knowledge of ny discipline allowed me to care for this patient and provided the basic knoweledge needed to write this research-based paper.
