Reflections

Our attempts with getting permission to go to Savannah State was a failure.  We could not get any responses and we just kept getting put on hold.  This is a little depressing, but Coastal College was very promising.  Mr. David was very helpful with getting things ready in Brunswick for us to come there.  After getting things set up with CCGA we decided to chose another Technical college with an RT program that we could target for bridge stuents.  This wasn't a successful attempt either.  We called Ogeechee Technical College on numerous occasions to try and get an approval for us to come there.  The student affairs VP would not give an answer or return phone calls.  We then decided that we could do another recruitment day in Brunswick.  We gave Mr. David another phone call and he was very excited to be able to have us another day.

Everything went well both days in Brunswick.  We found a lot of students interested in learning about the program and what we do.  Though they had interest, most of these students have already made their mind up about what they want to do and are satisfied with an associates degree.  We would recommend whom ever does the next recruiting that they should target Junior or Senior high school students.  I believe that this would have more impact on individuals whom are in the process of trying to make college and degree choices, not those whom already have.

CVIS is the way to SUCCESS!!
