Homepage	Limited Student does not rememeber Homepage Links.	Adequate Student has demonstrated some knowledge of the Homepage Links.	Proficient Student showed exceptional knowledge about all the Homepage Links and thier use.
Applies applications	Limited Student has not demonstrated abillity to find friends.	Adequate Student has shown can initiate applications, but is missing one or more of the required components: how social bookmarking can be used personally.	Proficient Student has demonstrated a high level of ability to use applications. Student can identify corrrect applications for finding friends.
