Demonstrates understanding of how and when to use them.	AVERAGE Uses a few propaganda tools. Demonstrates a lack of understanding of how and when to use them.	POOR No use of propaganda tools. Demonstrates no understanding them.
Historical Propaganda 30 %	EXCELLENT Uses and analyzes sources with total accuracy.	WELL DONE Analyzes and interprets sources with some error/confusion.	AVERAGE Little analysis or interpretation; ideas seem confused.	POOR No analysis or interpretation.
Original Propoganda 10 %	EXCELLENT Presents a clear message.	WELL DONE Presents a message, but a bit unclear.	AVERAGE Message is confusing, hard to understand.	POOR Nothing presented.
Power Point 10 %	EXCELLENT Communicates ideas with enthusiasm, proper voice projection, appropriate language and clear delivery. Participated equally in delivery.	WELL DONE Communicates ideas with proper voice projection. Adequate preparation and deliver. Spoke less than they sould have. Creativity 10 %	EXCELLENT Project is well prepared. Student uses their skills to create a product that is unique and well put together.	WELL DONE Adequate preparation of product. Original ideas, but needs improvement on preparation of the product.	AVERAGE Originality difficulties. Put together with a lack of creativity.	POOR Product is not original. Product was rushed with poor preparation.
