Wellness Promotion Brochure Rubric Alcohol/ Tobacco Brochure Rubric The students will put together a brochure and prepare a short presentation. The brochure will contain information to inform others of the how harmful tobacco is to the body and society. This brochure can also explain how expensive this deadly habit is and helpful tips for quitting These items should all be included in this brochure , but not limited to just these topics. Brochure Content	Excellent -The brochure includes extensive information on the topic in an organized and exciting fashion.	Good -The brochure has all the required information, and stands out.	Fair -Some relevant information is in the brochure. -Information is presented in an unorganized fashion -Information does not stand out, and is not well-organized.	Poor -Brochure has little to no information that is relevant. -Information is presented in an unorganized fashion.
Work effort	Excellent -The work was done well, to the best of the students ability. -The students stayed on task.	Good -The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that time was put into this brochure and presentation.	Fair -Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that the work was rushed.	Poor -Work is done with little effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. -It is evident that the student put little to no time into the project.
Style/Mechanics	Excellent -The brochure is creative, and is not just a list of facts. -The brochure is presented in a dynamic and concise manner with full understanding of the subject.	Good -The brochure is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. -Good clear presentation.	Fair -The brochure has some pictures however they are not relevant to the content. -Some mistakes are made. -Little organization and clarity is used. -There is little style and reads more like a list of facts rather than a brochure.
