Organization	Master Organization of information is effective.	BASIC Organization of information is somewhat effective.	Rookie Information is not presented in an organized way. The student has a weak presentation.
Language	Master The student mostly uses correct language, has effective word choices and has little to no difficulty with word pronunciations.	BASIC The student sometimes uses correct language, has few effective word choices and has some difficulty with word pronunciations.	Rookie The student rarely uses correct language, has few or no effective word choices and has many problems with word pronunciations.
Speech Patterns	Master The student frequently speaks clearly, audibly and at an appropriate pace. The student uses some fillers such as "um" or "like".	BASIC The student sometimes speaks clearly, audibly and at an appropriate pace. The student uses fillers such as "um" or "like".	Rookie The student rarely speaks clearly, audibly or at an appropriate pace. The student uses manyfillers such as "um" or "like".
Communication with Audience	Master The student makes frequent eye contact and has strong posture. The student effectively addresses the audience's questions.	BASIC The student makes minimal eye contact and has may slouch or lean. The student is able to answer some of the audience's questions.	Rookie The student makes no eye contact and has constatnly slouches or leans. The student is not able to answer the audience's questions.
