Neatness/Fit	1 No attempt was made. The dress looks rushed. the hems are crooked, the seams didn't match, and it did not fit because they did not measure.	2 Some attempt was made. The dress did not fit because they didn't measure, and the seams did not match but the hem was straight.	3 Good attempt was made to but this needs work. The dress fit because they measured and the seams were matched but the hem was crooked.	4 Excellent job! The student measured, the seams matched, the dress fit, and the hem was straight.
