Re-branding: Company Logo Company Logo Students will create a brand new logo for an existing company. Logos should be decipherable (clear), memorable, meaningful (reasonable explanation of logo), neat and simple. Creating a Company Logo

clarity/organization logo is decipherable and simple	Level 1 -logo is undecipherable -logo includes too much detail	Level 2 -logo is somewhat decipherable -logo includes too much detail	Level 3 -logo is decipherable -logo is fairly simple	Level 4 -logo is decipherable -logo is simple and includes just enough detail
application application of logo criteria - keep original colors - do not use any of the original symbols, images or text in the actual logo	Level 1 -included few or none of the criteria discussed	Level 2 -included some of the criteria - somewhat creative use of criteria	Level 3 -included most of the criteria - fairly creative use of criteria	Level 4 -creatively included all of the criteria
Illustrator Skill student shows improvement in use of Illustrator	Level 1 -most basic tools used -no improvement in skill	Level 2 - little improvement in skill. Still using basic tools	Level 3 - student shows improvement and uses all tools that have been introduced at this point in the class	Level 4 - student goes beyond what is taught in class and shows great improvement in Illustrator skills
