Fair The quilt square is missing a couple of the symbols that represent an aspect of their culture.	Good The quilt square contains six or more aspects of their culture that are well thought out and represent diverse aspects of their culture.
Organization 3 pts Is there some sense of organization to my project?	Poor The square does not take up the whole space required, and the symbols are difficult thunder stand.	Fair The square takes up most or all of the space, but there is no clear pattern or organization.	Good The square takes up the whole sheet of paper, and has a clear flow of design.
Presentation 3 pts Is my project finished and beautiful?	Poor The square is poorly designed or lacks effort or creativity.	Fair The square is designed well, but lacks a polished finish.	Good The square is creatively designed, colorful, and has a finished appearance.
Explanation 12 pts Am I able to explain the aspects that I put on my project?	Poor There is no explanation, or it is only a couple of sentences describing the project in general.	Fair The paragraph only discusses a few symbols in general terms without much analysis.	Good The paragraph clearly explains each symbol, it's importance, and ties all of the symbols together.
