Mathematcal Concept (whole group)	Excellent The viewer can learn things that are of real educational value. In depth knowledge of topic is shown. The message is clear, strong and complete.	Good The viewer has a chance to learn but may get confused by 1 or 2 ideas in video. Some knowledge of topic is shown. Essential information is communicated.	Fair The viewer learns a limited amount from the program. Ideas are confusing. Limited knowledge of the topic is shown. The message is vaguely communicated.	Poor The viewer does not learn from the program. Concepts covered are too confusing. Little or no knowledge of the topic is shown. The message is unclear.
storyboard and script (whole group)	Excellent The storyboard and script are complete and tell exactly what can be expected in the completed program.	Good The storyboard and script are complete but do not actually match the completed program.	Fair A completed storyboard or a completed script is missing.	Poor There is no storyboard and script.
Audio and Voice (whole group)	Excellent Audio is clear and effectively assists in communicating the main idea. Ideas are communicated with enthusiasm, proper voice projection, appropriate language and clear delivery.	Good The audio is clear but may only partially assist in communicating the main idea.
