Analysis	FAIR Simple, basic information; limited critical thinking is evident.	WELL DONE Student attempts a reasonable analysis of key issues from the textbook. Student presents the information in a new context, but connections may be weak or unsupported.	SPECTACULAR!! Student presents a strong analysis. Student applies information from the textbook to a new situation in a compelling way.
Sources	FAIR Student introduces new information that is irrelevant.	WELL DONE Covers topics in the text book. Introduces a new source of information, but this source is loosely related to the content of the assigned module.	SPECTACULAR!! Student introduces an article that is important and relates directly to the content of the assigned module.
Presentation	FAIR Speaker is often inaudible and/or difficult to understand; makes no attempt to engage the class.	WELL DONE Speaker displays some confidence and often makes eye contact with the class; points made are usually clear	SPECTACULAR!! Speaker makes clear and engaging statements about the topic; great eye contact; very confident and competent.
Vocabulary	FAIR Presented vocabulary but demonstrates little understanding.
