Civil Rights Timeline
Directions: Students are to create a timeline describing the causes and effects of important events in African-American history from 1954 to the present using Dipity. There should be no less than 27 items on the timeline. Students are to include pictures that they believe represent the event on their timeline. Timelines will be used to better understand the events leading up to the unrest following events in Ferguson, Mo and in New York City in the fall of 2015.
