Student/Teacher does not employ creativity to express history topic. Presentation lacks a visual aide. The presentation is far less than 7 minutes. The presentation does not identify main ideas effectively. The presentation was unorganized.
Fair

Student/Teacher uses some creativity to explain the topic. There was an attempt to use a visual aide. The presentation was approximately 8 -minutes long. The Student/Teacher had a decent explanation of main ideas. Subject was not adequately researched so not much information added to the text. The presentation was fairly organized.
Good

Student/Teacher uses creativity to explain the history event. A visual aide was used. The 15 minute presentation explains the topic and main ideas. Further information from researching the subject was given. Everything was presented in an organized manner.
Activity

This activity will aid in the review of information and gives practice of knowledge in an interesting way.

Poor

Activity does not prove that students understand and know the topic. The activity is not fun or creative. The activity does not refer to the lesson or reinforce the knowledge gained in the lesson. The presentation is well under or far exceeds 7 minutes.
Fair

Activity attempts to provide an opportunity for students to prove their understanding and knowledge of the topic. Activity is somewhat creative and fun. Activity has a fun element in it, while reinforcing knowledge. The presentation is complete in approximately 8 minutes.
Good

A person with this team role will be in charge of creating an opportunity for students to prove that they understand and know the topic. This activity must be creative and fun. Activities provide students with the opportunity to have fun while using their new found knowledge. The activity makes the lesson memorable, while reinforcing what was learned. No more and no less than 15 minutes.
Assessment

The assessment given by the student/teacher proves the class understands the information given.

Poor

Students express a poor or vague grasp of the topic. Questions are low level 1 Students are unable to answer questions or show knowledge of the topic.
Fair

Students express a decent understanding and can answer most questions about the topic. The questions used in the assessment are from the knowledge to analysis sections of Bloom's Taxonomy.
Good

Students express mastery of topic. The questions used in the assessment cover all sections of Bloom's Taxonomy and easily assess the students' understanding of the topic taught in class.
