Write a persuasive and informative essay about the country you've chosen. Begin with history/politics pertinent to having an enriching, educational trip. Paint a literary picture of the countries culture by providing specific examples of cultural events and/or traditions. Convince your reader to visit and learn more.

Student/Teacher will teach a lesson from chapter 10, 11, or 12 from the textbook. Student/Teacher will produce a lesson, complete with main ideas, visual aid, an exciting discussion or activity and an assessment/test. Lesson will be 15 minutes

Students are to choose a Bill of Rights issue learned in class and create a public service announcement script. In the PSA students are to raise awareness for the law by briefly describing the issue, and providing relevant and accurate facts, and finally encouraging viewers to take positive action concerning the issue. They will refer to or exhibit charts and graphs to back up their announcement with clear data.

Students analyze their rights as listed in the Bill of Rights. They then choose one to discuss as important to their lives and write a clarification paper about it. Then the student will create a skit or visual presentation that demonstrates their comprehension of the right. These will be shared with their peers.

Using the Declaration of Independence as your guide, create your own Declaration of Independence from parents, school, America, etc. You will be assessed on how well you follow the organization of the original Declaration of Independence, editing for conventions, word choice and ideas, and your presentation of the final document.

Groups will develop learning stations as it relates to the middle, New England and southern colonies. Each "colony/group" gets a space in the room to develop their stations however they want: legos, dioramas, charts, pictures, power point, slides, etc.

End of Year Review project. Represent chapter 1 to chapter 12. ( Each section). Students should identify the main idea for each chapter's section then represent that time, person or event in their presentation. Students are to include pictures, video or audio clips, illustrations, quotes, graphs charts etc. that they believe represent the events, person, or time of that chapter section. This is a individual project, not partner or group work. Due: Wednesday, June 10, 2015.

Your 'Pages' documents (2) must include a summary, why the amendment or why the article are important to American citizens, examples(s) about how the law is helpful, pictures/text features to make the amendment and article easy to understand

The students will learn about Lewis and Clark, why the went on their journey, who they met on their journey, where they went and what they discovered. They will present their discovery in the form of a descriptive video report. . They are to use any app that is available to them to build their report. The descriptive video report must have a minimum of 15 or more pieces of evidence. Students may use pictures, text, video clips, etc.

You are to create a game about the Constitution. Be creative. This game will count as one test grade. To receive maximum points, you must exceed expectations.
