Needs Improvement I put some effort into this task but stopped working when it became difficult or played around and did not stay on task.	Good I completed the task, but did not do my best to answer completely and thoroughly. I might have been distracted, or rushed, but did not answer to the best of my ability.	Excellent I put my best effort into this task. I completed the work even after task became difficult. I viewed difficulty as an opportunity to strengthen understanding. I took my time and answered to the best of my ability.
Achievement	Unaccaptable I did not meet the objectives of the task/lesson. I completed 25% or less of what was assigned.	Needs Improvement I met some of the objectives of the task or lesson, but did not meet all. I completed 25%-50% of what was assigned.	Good I met all the objectives of the task or lesson. I completed 50%-75% of what was assigned.	Excellent I exceeded the objectives of the task or lesson. I completed 100% of what was assigned.
