Using the Microscope to View & Sketch a Specimen
Students practice applying their understanding of the compound light microscope to draw a prepared specimen. Students are then asked to assess the functions of a compound light microscope to create a simulation of a specimen, students are asked to draw the specimen to scale and determine the total magnification.
