Government Influences on Housing People need to know how government agencies and processes can assist with appropriate housing & its products. Services are available through: HUD, VA, FHA, EPA, ADA, CPSC, building codes, zoning regulations. Student will explain these in a brief but complete way for people with a need to know. Brochure Title, front	EXCELLENT Brochure title is appropriate, clear, attractive, and makes a reader curious to look inside. Lettering is nicely done either by hand or type. First page is outstanding and reflects what is inside.	GOOD-FAIR Brochure title is clear, appropriate, attractive. Lettering is nicely done by hand or type. First page is "average", presentable.	IMPROVEMENT NEEDED Has a title. Lettering is in pencil, is legible or not, - could use improvement. May look "hurried" or sloppy. First page is not well thought out, uninteresting.

Symbols are neat and colorful. Drawn with patience, perhaps using "tools" (rulers, etc) Color very appealing and bright enough (pure) on brochure.
