7 Red Stripes	Poor Has only used less then 5 red stripes and has no real clear idea as to how many stripes are on the flag	Fair Has included at least 5 but no more then 6 red stripes. Has some idea as to how many stripes are on the flag	Good Has clear understanding of the number of red stripes (7).
6 White Stripes	Poor Has only used less then 3 white stripes and has no real clear idea as to how many stripes are on the flag	Fair Has included at least 4 but no more then 5 white stripes. Has some idea as to how many stripes are on the flag.	Good Has clear understanding of the number of White stripes (6).
