Student participates in project - & design of poster in superior manner, using time wisely & staying on task. Works respectfully with others & may take leadership but encourages all to participate. Exceptional initiative.

Student works with others in acceptable manner - accomplishing task.
Uses time wisely and stays on task. Pulls their weight for the project.
Progressing

Student is not consistent in their work with others on the project. May do most of the work but not convey to others they need to pitch in, or the opposite.
Unacceptable

Student either refuses to work with others, works poorly with others, causes disruption and distraction and is inconsistent with their work in pairs/groups.
Poster Design

Must:
1. Have all four styles/designers represented.
2. Pics of Persons may be printed.
3. Furniture must be hand drawn.
4. Color must be tasteful and all other parts looking "professional".
5. Unique & Catchy Title.

Actual poster shows creativity & planning and includes all information with critical detail, at least two examples of the designers' furniture and how to recognize his/her work. Adds something unique

Actual poster includes some information with detail & at least one example of designers' furniture.
Progressing

Poster is sufficient but is lacking creativity and information. Looks scarce or adds information which does not help the viewer recognize the uniqueness of their design.
Unacceptable

Poster shows insufficient time, planning, creativity, and attention to information and/or detail. Is not neat, has ragged edges, poor printing, etc.
Creativity in Title and Content

Neat, complete, designers illustrated, and furniture pieces appropriate. Poster should demand attention.

Superior - Excellent Initiative

Nothing is left out. Is uniquely creative and pleasing to the eye. Encorporates many of the design elements and principles. Exceptional *
Above Average

Poster has necessary information and shows student put thought into the project. Most of the illustrations are well done. Good work.
Progressing

Poster has some necessary information & shows student tried to include illustrations but may have "cut" corners by printing out illustrations.
Unacceptable

Poster has not been completed or turned in. Student wasted their time or others' time in doing the project. Did not hold up their end, or contribute enough. May have caused disruption or discord.
